Mulgrave Villa is a 21-house project located in West Vancouver, north of Mulgrave School. One of the most significant challenges we faced was the topography of the site, which required the construction of a massive shotcrete retaining wall spanning 11 lots. Despite the challenges, the project's location provided a breathtaking view of the ocean, making it an attractive proposition for potential residents. Working closely with engineers and the District, we were able to find creative solutions to the challenges we encountered and ensure that the project could be completed successfully.
